If possible, be prepared with important details such as the serial number and condition of your watch by each component separately. We'll ask you a series of standard questions so that we can ensure that we give you the most accurate over the phone quote.

Step 2:

We will issue you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label via email, so you can drop off your luxury watch at the nearest FedEx location.

Step 3:

When we receive your package, we go through a painstaking process to document the contents and enter it into inventory, where it is cataloged for your safety. Then, we will inspect and evaluate your watch and make you an offer. While extremely rare, there are occasions in which the items we estimate over the phone are worth more or less than what we originally quoted. The final offer depends on brand, model name, year, and condition of the case, dial, bezel, bracelet, etc.
