Our story begins in 1915, when Peter and Jake's grandfathers opened a jewelry store in Russia called Ermitage,
the name of the world famous museum in St. Petersburg, Russia. Nearly a century later, in 2005, Jake and his cousin
Peter continued the family tradition as they opened the doors of Ermitage Jewelers in Dunwoody, Georgia. Just like the
generations before them, Jake and Peter are commited to providing unsurpassed service, constantly raising the bar for
their competition with their expertise and talent.
Peter started his jewelery apprenticeship under his father, continued an apprenticeship with Baume & Mercier in
New York for 7 years and has emerged as one of the premiers specialists in custom jewelry designs. Peter operated two
successful jewelery stores in Manhattan for 12 years prior to his move to Atlanta. Peter has created many of the pieces
in his store, and specializes in customizing the jewelry his clients dream up. He has a full size repair shop inside the
store which allows him to have maximum interaction with his clients, drastically reduce the time it takes to get the jewelry
back to the client.
Jake is a Rolex-trained, internationally-known watch specialist servicing most major fine Swiss watches. Jake was
the horologist for Mayor's for 12 years, while Peter serviced Mayor's and Bailey, Banks, & Biddle among other top stores.
Jake specializes in Rolex watches. Ermitage Jewelers carries one of the largest selections of Rolex and Cartier pre-owned
watches in all of Georgia.
For over a decade, Peter and Jake have been sought out by the finest jewelry stores in Atlanta to do their work.
